Coming soon listings on Rellia

Quick answer

Coming soon is a listing status on Rellia for a home that is getting ready to sell. It's useful when your details are done but you don't have photos yet. A seller asks for Coming soon, and Rellia staff review the listing before it can appear publicly. Every listing goes through staff review, and nothing goes live automatically.

How a listing becomes Coming soon

The most common way is the photo step at the end of the listing import. If you choose I'll add them later, Rellia sends your listing to staff review with a request for Coming soon. Staff can see that you asked for Coming soon and that no photos are attached yet.

Before your request goes to review, the same checks run as for any listing. These include photo safety, a fair housing screen on the listing text, and the seller fee authorization. If something is missing, your listing stays a private draft and Rellia tells you in plain language what to fix.

While you're in Coming soon

  • Your dashboard shows an Upload photos task.
  • Rellia sends a few reminders (after 1, 3 and 7 days, then weekly). They stop once a photo arrives, the listing is withdrawn or goes public, or you unsubscribe.
  • Drafts and withdrawn listings never appear on public pages.

What it costs

Rellia's seller platform fee is 2% of the final sale price, paid only at closing. No sale, no fee.
