Clear seller pricing

A 2% seller platform fee is paid only as a separately identified closing/title disbursement authorized by the seller.

The seller authorizes a two percent platform coordination and technology fee calculated from the final purchase price and disbursed by the licensed closing or title professional. Rellia does not collect or custody closing funds, does not treat this fee as a commission, and will not automatically charge a Stripe fallback.

Attorney, inspection, title, tax, and other third-party costs can vary by transaction and are shown separately.
