How Rellia uses cookies and similar technologies.

Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how Rellia, Inc. uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Rellia Platform (relliahomes.com and related applications). Read it together with the Rellia Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are used widely to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to website operators. "Similar technologies" means pixels, web beacons, local storage, software development kits, and similar tools that perform functions comparable to cookies.

2. Categories of technologies we use

Strictly necessary

These are essential for the Platform to function. They include session cookies for authentication, multi-factor authentication state, security, and core features such as the document vault. You cannot opt out of these without disabling essential Platform functionality. They do not require your consent.

Optional analytics

These help us understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it (for example, page-load time, feature usage, and error rates). We use a third-party analytics provider (Google Analytics 4). Analytics stay off until you allow them through the on-site "Privacy choices" control described in Section 3. They do not load by default.

Optional advertising and measurement

These help us understand how our advertising performs. Where used, they include the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These technologies operate only on our seller-lead capture experience, and only after two conditions are met: you have provided the marketing consent indicated on that form, and we have separately enabled advertising measurement in production. They do not load by default, and they are never applied simply because you browse the Platform.

3. Your choices: the "Privacy choices" control

On your first visit, the Platform presents a "Privacy choices" control that lets you choose among Reject optional, Analytics only, and Allow all. Optional analytics and advertising technologies stay off unless and until you make a choice that allows them. If you take no action, optional technologies remain off.

Because this control appears once, changing your selection later currently requires clearing the Rellia site data in your browser, which resets your choice. We are building an in-product preferences center so you can revisit and change these choices directly; until it is available, clearing site data is how you reset your selection.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break Platform functionality. You can additionally opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

4. No sale of your information

We do not sell your personal information to advertising networks in the commercial sense of the term. Our use of advertising and measurement technologies is limited to understanding the performance of our own marketing, as described above and in our Privacy Policy.

5. Do Not Track

Because there is no standard interpretation of the Do Not Track browser signal, we currently do not respond to it. We will update this Policy if an industry standard emerges.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform.
