Sending documents to Rellia with an upload link

Quick answer

When Rellia staff help you with your listing, they can send you a secure upload link. You use it to send what your listing needs, like photos, signed disclosures or a tax bill, straight from your phone or computer. You don't need to sign in.

What you can send

The link shows a checklist of what was requested. It can include:

  • Listing photos
  • The signed Property Condition Disclosure Statement and lead paint disclosure
  • The deed, a recent tax bill, HOA papers, a survey or a certificate of occupancy
  • A mortgage statement, or any other document staff name

As items arrive, the checklist marks them received.

Paper documents? Take photos of the pages

If you only have paper, choose Take photos of the pages. Add a photo of each page, preview them, and the page combines them into one PDF before sending. iPhone photos are converted automatically, and large photos are resized.

How the link keeps your files private

  • The link is tied to you and is upload-only. It shows your first name and the checklist, never your files or anything else on file, so a forwarded link reveals nothing.
  • Links expire after 7 days. Staff can send a new one, which replaces the old one, or turn a link off.
  • Every file's real type and size are checked, and documents are scanned for viruses.
  • Documents are stored privately for Rellia staff. Received files are deleted on a set schedule after use.
  • A mortgage statement is never added to the listing file that others in the deal can see.

Photos sent by link

Photos you send by link go through Rellia's photo safety checks as your own private photos. Nothing is published by the link itself. You add the photos to your listing from your own signed-in page, and every listing goes through Rellia staff review before it can appear publicly. Nothing goes live automatically.
