Independent professionals who work on Long Island home sales can apply to join the Rellia partner network. That includes attorneys, title companies, home inspectors, photographers, insurance producers, loan officers, lending companies and movers. You apply once on the partners page, then go through a credential review. You join the network only once you're approved.

Pick your profession on the partners page and fill out the application. Banks, credit unions and mortgage companies apply as a company first, then add their loan officers.

Already on a Rellia deal? Start from your dashboard

If a client brought you onto a deal on Rellia, your partner dashboard has a button to start joining the network yourself. It emails you your onboarding link, or a fresh one if you'd already started. Starting doesn't list you, verify you or change how you appear on your current deal. Every review step still applies.

What the review checks

Rellia reviews each partner's credentials before approval. For example, insurance producers are checked against the New York Department of Financial Services license records, and loan officers can be looked up in NMLS Consumer Access. Each profession's guide explains its own steps:

After you're approved

Approved partners get a dashboard with their deals, document requests and a calendar feed for inspections, photo shoots and closings that they can add to their own calendar. Clients choose their own providers, and each partner sets their own agreements and fees.
